Human Resources Administrator: Judy Preciado
Judy Preciado (JP) represents Peak Potential as their Human Resources Administrator. She executes all HR actions (recruiting, interviewing, hiring policies & procedures, reviews/terminations, onboarding new hires for our HRIS and
employee relations) and processes time management/payroll, health benefits and 401K contributions. She holds a Bachelors in Communications, with a minor in Pastoral Theology, and is intermittently pursuing her Master's in Organizational Leadership (MOL) at Colorado Christian University. She most recently worked at USAA as a Banking Specialist and has a rich history of accounting to include Dow-Jones, Union Bank and Gold & Silver Buyers. She spent over a decade representing Focus on the Family as their Chapel Producer. She is blessed with 5 children and 4 of their spouses, along with 7 grands, (age 11 & under). In her spare time, besides spending time with family and faith-related activities, she loves to travel, read, try new recipes, garden & play with her 6 yr old German/Husky
rescue pup, Suki.
